PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonmagnetic monocomponent toner for an electrophotographic image forming apparatus capable of keeping a stable charge amount, a uniform charge amount distribution, superior fluidity and developing performance over a prolonged period of time by controlling the kinds, polarities and contents of external additives. SOLUTION: The nonmagnetic monocomponent toner for an electrophotographic image forming apparatus comprises: toner particles comprising a binder resin and a colorant, CCA and a release agent contained in the binder resin; and an external additive added to the toner particles, wherein the external additive contains about 0.1-3.0 wt.% of silica having polarity reverse to the polarity of the toner particles; about 0.1-3.0 wt.% of silica having the same polarity as the polarity of the toner particles; and about 0.1-4.0 wt.% of titanium dioxide.
