PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate exclusive members and exclusive processing for forming the detected part of a rotation number detecting sensor. SOLUTION: A plurality of teeth 18T to 18T, 31T to 31T extending to a rotary axial direction X and lined in regular intervals to a rotary peripheral direction Y are respectively arranged in a comb-shape on first and second power transmitting members fitted with each other on a power transmitting passage between an engine and a drive wheel. The first and the second power transmitting members are fitted with each other so that the teeth 18T and 31T are engaged with each other. A differenceΔH is arranged between the outer diameter of the comb-shaped teeth 18T at a first power transmitting member side and the outer diameter of the comb-shaped teeth 31T at a second power transmitting member side. Based on the differenceΔH of the outer diameters, a fitting portion between the first power transmitting member and the second power transmitting member becomes the detected part of the rotation number detecting sensor 32. In the transmitting member, a plurality of projecting portions 31T to 31T are arranged on its outer periphery in regular intervals to a peripheral direction Y of rotation.
