PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent incorrect document data (especially form data including unreadable positions and form data including misread positions) from being registered in a master file. SOLUTION: A form processing system comprises an image acquisition device 210 for acquiring image data from a form 500, a character recognition device 220 for acquiring character data from the image data of the form 500, a management server 310 for managing the image data and the character data in the form 500, and a correction device 320 for correcting the character data of the document 500. The management server 310 is provided with a condition data file 313 in/from which an optional condition can be registered or deleted, and when the form 500 corresponds to conditions registered in the condition data file 313, the character data of the form 500 are determined as data required to be forcibly checked.
