PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for an acoustic room, which can simply bring about desired acoustic characteristics. SOLUTION: After the diffusion panel 10 is arranged in such a manner as to cover the whole of a sound insulation layer 51 for covering a wall surface 50 of the acoustic room 40, a sound absorbing panel 20 is temporarily fixed to a surface of the diffusion panel 10. An audition is performed in this state, and an installation condition of the panel 20 is changed when the desired acoustic characteristics are not obtained. When the desired acoustic characteristics are obtained, the panel 20 is permanently fixed to a position to be installed, and a transmission panel 30 is arranged in a position to nonoverlap the panel 20. Thus, the desired acoustic characteristics can be obtained without changing an installation condition of the diffusion panel 10.
