PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image display method and element having superior three-dimensional feeling and sharpness feeling by making image formation and calculation processings in parallel for a pin-hole array and a three-dimensional display image. SOLUTION: In the three-dimensional image display method, having the pinhole array and the three-dimensional display image, a color material constituting the pinhole array and the three-dimensional display image is formed of exposure, making four different wavelengths as a light source.
