PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain soaring of powder charged in a vessel from a charging nozzle, and to prevent the powder from adhering onto the inner surface in the vicinity of the opening of the vessel or onto the wall surface of the charging nozzle. SOLUTION: The charging nozzle (4) is protrusively provided at the lower part of the hopper (2) of powder charging equipment (1), the hopper (2) encasing the powder (3) in its inside. A static eliminator device (10) capable of releasing ions is disposed in the lateral direction of the charging nozzle (4) and the lateral direction of the vessel (8) carried in downward of the charging nozzle (4). The ions released from the static eliminator device (10) neutralize the static electricity born in the nozzle (4), the powder (3) sent out from the charging nozzle (4) and the vessel (8).
