PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arbor for a cutter capable of positively supplying a coolant to cutting edges of a milling cutter without providing the milling cutter itself with a coolant passage. SOLUTION: In the arbor 10 for the cutter, a large diameter tip part 123a of a cylindrical part 123 constituting an arbor body 12 is formed with nozzles 14 for jetting the coolant toward the respective cutting edges 11a of the milling cutter 11 from the end faces.
