PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drop discharge control method by which a plasma display panel (PDP), a liquid crystal panel or the like is mass-produced, and to provide a liquid drop discharge apparatus and a liquid drop discharge system. SOLUTION: In the liquid discharge apparatus 4 for discharging an ink drop and depositing the ink drop on the substrate to form a circuit pattern on a substrate, an ink discharge data making-up part 20 makes up bit map data from CAD data in consideration of the shape of a circuit pattern shown by the CAD data and the ink discharge data based on the bit map data when the ink drop discharge data of final data to deposit the ink drop on the substrate is made-up from CAD data showing the circuit pattern formed on the substrate and an ink drop discharge timing control part 34 controls the discharge of the ink drop based on the made-up ink drop discharge data.
