PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-stand machine for a game machine capable of elevating game medals from the lower tray of the game machine to an upper feeding port without changing the structure of a game machine body and automatically feeding a large amount of the game tokens at once. SOLUTION: The inter-stand machine for the game machine is provided with a medal feeding opening from which the game tokens can be fed, a medal feeder (40) capable of detecting the presence/absence of the game tokens and sending out the game tokens fed to the medal feeding opening to a prescribed place, an elevating device (60) for transferring the game tokens sent out by the token feeder (40) above the token feeding opening, and an elevated token discharge port (27) for discharging the game tokens elevated by the elevating device (60) to the outside of the machine.
