PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling sheet capable of immediately and efficiently cooling an area where an injection needle is inserted so as to relieve its pain. SOLUTION: The cooling sheet 1 comprises an outer bag containing a water agent 10 and a cryogen 20 to generate an endothermic reaction by contacting the water agent, and an adhesive agent layer provided on one outer surface of the outer bag. The water agent and the cryogen are separately contained in each part so as to communicate when an external pressure is applied on them. The cooling sheet can so effectively relieve the pain during the puncture by cooling an area where an injection needle is inserted beforehand, which can solve the problem of a slow-acting local anesthetic agent tape conventionally used in a medical field.
