Clamping device for a computer processor heat sink comprises a connection element (11) that is connected to one end of a pressure part that pushes the heat sink down and a moveable connection element (12) that is mounted on the other side of the pressure part. A lever (20) is arranged between the moveable connection and the pressure part. It is mounted on axle bolts (22, 23) which permits its rotation and with it lifting of the moveable connection element.
