<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of electric wires to be connected. SOLUTION: Core wires c10, c11 are exposed by peeling off the intermediate sheath of plural electric wires w10, e11 having terminals connected to both ends, the exposed core wires c1, c11 are bent, core wire bent parts of the plural electric wires W10, W11 are piled up and resistance-welded to form a terminal collecting welded part 20. An electric wire acting as a trunk line is not bent, exposed core wire of an electric wire acting as a branch line is bent, the bent part of the core wire of the branch line is piled up on the parts of core wires c10, c11 exposed by peeling off the intermediate sheath of the trunk line, and the piled up part is resistance-welded to form an intermediate collecting welded part.</p> |
