<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a burner which can stably burn fuel by combining premixed thick and thin fuel combustion and exhaust gas recirculation. SOLUTION: A low NOx burner is constituted in such a way that a burning section 2 composed of a porous material is installed to the front end side of a wind box 1. In addition, an appropriate number of fuel nozzles 3 are set up on the upstream side of the burning section 2 in the wind box 1, and an exhaust gas supplying pipe 4 is laid from the outside of the burning section 2 to the inside of the wind box 1 through the porous material. The opening of the pipe 4 is positioned near the fuel nozzles 3 so that exhaust gases may be sucked through the pipe 4 by the kinetic energy of the fuel ejected from the nozzles 3.</p> |
