PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing ready mix concrete to equally compound aggregates, water, mixing materials and cement in a concrete mixer, to prevent material separation phenomenon due to difference of specific gravity, and thus to produce ready mix concrete having good quality. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing ready mix concrete comprises a metering process for metering an amounts of aggregates in reservoirs(10,11), cements and mixing materials in reservoirs(12,13,14) and mixture in respective metering bins(20-25), and a first compounding process for compounding the above raw materials in a concrete mixer(30). The ready mix concrete manufacturing method further comprises a second compounding process for compounding the cement and mixing materials beforehand in a separate powder mixer(50) between the metering process and the first compounding process. |
