PURPOSE: A manufacturing machine of a food vessel is characterized by using pulp material, having great hardness and a smooth surface, being strong, having waterproof property and adding e-powder to extend expiry date of food and to prevent rotting of the food. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing machine of a food vessel for preventing rotting comprises: (a pulping unit,200) a water tank(210) feeding water; a deinking tank(240) filled with pulp, the water, a process material and a discharge material to deink; a pulping tank(250) keeping the deinked pulp and water together to maintain proper concentration; a mix controlling tank(230) which is added a paper strength agent, an anti-moisture agent, an antibacterial agent and e-powder to the deinked pulp and is supplied the water from the water tank(210), keeping a mixed raw material; (a pressurizing unit) a cylinder containing plural throw chambers; plural pistons installed in each throw chamber and moved up-and-down; a hydraulic oil tank feeding hydraulic oil between the throw chambers; a first and a second electronic valves which are connected with plural throw chambers and the hydraulic oil tank, setting a flow channel according to on/off; and a pneumatic device feeding high-pressure air to the pressurizing unit. |
