PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to substitute a primer coating of a painted car body by using a laser heat-treatment, which can remove the primer coating process, therefore can shorten a working process. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(100) contains an automatic robot(20) mounted near the car body(19), wherein the car body(19) is treated with an electrodeposition(11), a base coating(12), a middle coating(13), a top coating(15), and a clear painting(17); a laser generating device(23) mounted to the arm(21) of the automatic robot(20), which performs the laser heat-treatment to reveal one of electrodeposition(11), base coating(12), middle coating(13), top coating(15), and clear coating. |
