PURPOSE: Provided are accessories capable of preventing a design formed on a synthetic resin from being contaminated and printing a complicated design on the accessories, and a method of manufacturing the same. CONSTITUTION: A design layer(60) is formed on one side of a transparent synthetic resin base(50), and the base with the design layer formed thereon is pressed by a press having a shape corresponding to a structure(100). The design is formed on the side of the base through a screen printing using a printing ink(60). When pressing the design layer, the design layer should be positioned in an inside of the structure. One structure is formed with a hole, and a connecting band is coupled to the hole.
