摘要 PURPOSE: Provided are a binder composition which has a high hardness, good elasticity and very good scratch resistance, is excellent in weather resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistance and gloss and is useful as the top coat for a car, a method for preparing a coated product, an adhesive bond or a molded product using the composition, a coated product obtained from the composition and a substrate coated with the coated product. CONSTITUTION: The binder composition comprises at least one kind of hydroxy functional polyacrylate resin prepared by copolymerizing (a) 0-10 wt% of at least one kind of polybutadiene having a number average molecular weight of 500-10,000 g/mol and containing 10 mol% or more of a 1,2-pendant vinyl double bond based on the total vinyl double bonds present in polybutadiene, (b) 1-30 wt% of at least one kind of unsaturated aromatic monomer selected from the group consisting of styrene, α-methylstyrene and vinyl toluene, (c) 30-80 wt% of at least one kind of hydroxyalkyl ester having a primary hydroxyl group of a (meth)acrylic acid, (d) 0-30 wt% of at least one kind of alicyclic ester of an acrylic acid or a methacrylic acid and a C3-C12 monoalcohol, (e) 10-60 wt% of at least one kind of aromatic ester of an acrylic acid or a methacrylic acid and a C1-C8 monoalcohol, (f) 0.1-5 wt% of at least one kind of monoester of at least one kind of α,β-unsaturated C3-C7 monocarboxylic acid or dicarboxylic acid, or maleic acid or fumaric acid and a C1-C4 monoalcohol, and (g) 0-30 wt% of other copolymerizable compound other than the compounds (a) to (f); at least one kind of ε-caprolactone-based polyol having an average hydroxyl functionality of 2 or more and a number average molecular weight of 110-2,000 g/mol; and at least one kind of crosslinking agent capable of reacting with a OH group and having an average functionality more than 1.
