IMAGE RECORDING DEVICE AND AN IMAGE RECORDING SYSTEM TO RECORD IMAGE DATA HAVING THE EXCELLENT BALANCE OF A FRAME RATE

PURPOSE: An image recording device and an image recording system are provided to record image data having the excellent balance of a frame rate in case that the image data are thinned because data of a buffer are reduced or exhausted. CONSTITUTION: An input unit receives a plurality of image data with different frame rates. A buffer unit(101) temporarily stores a plurality of the image data outputted from the input unit. An accumulation media unit(102) records a plurality of the image data outputted from the buffer unit in a recording medium. If the residual quantity of the buffer unit is less than a certain value, an accumulation media control unit(103) thins a plurality of the image data temporarily stored in the buffer unit at a thinning rate according to a frame rate of the image data. The accumulation media control unit controls the accumulation media unit so that frame rates of the image data recorded in the recording medium are greater than the certain value.
