INLET RING FOR BLOWER OF VEHICLE FOR PREVENTING NOISE FROM VORTEX IN FLOWING AIR IN AND MAINTAINING FLOW RATE

PURPOSE: An inlet ring for a blower of a vehicle is provided to reduce noise from vortex by restricting counter flow of air between the blade and the inlet ring with the first stepped guide, and to increase the heat exchange efficiency by supplying inflow air to the heat exchanger without loss. CONSTITUTION: A scroll type blower case(10) is composed of an internal air inlet and an external air inlet and a blowing port, and divided into an inlet chamber and a blowing chamber(14) by an inlet ring(20) of a blower of a vehicle. First and second guide part(23,24) are formed in the lower part of the inlet ring to surround the upper part of a blade(41) of a blower fan(40) installed in the blower case. The first and second guide parts surround the upper inner and outer sides of the blades of the blower fan to restrict inflow of air between the blade and the inlet ring and to prevent counter flow of air from the blade into the blower fan.
