摘要 PURPOSE: A digital/analog converter using a new deglitch energy circuit and a new two-dimensional current cell switching order to improve capacity for frequency and satisfy static and dynamic characteristics is provided to prevent deterioration of capacity for frequency due to glitch energy at a high-speed operation by restraining the glitch energy. CONSTITUTION: An upper bit thermometer decoder(110) is used for receiving upper bits of digital binary data to thermometer codes in order to reduce glitch energy and enhance a monotone increasing property. A delay element(140) delays lower bits as much as an operating period of the upper bit thermometer decoder. A first deglitch energy circuit(130) delays an output signal of the upper bit thermometer decoder and converts the delayed signal in order not to generate a glitch. A second deglitch energy circuit(160) delays an output signal of the delay element and converts the delayed signal in order not to generate the glitch. A binary weighted current source for lower bit is used for converting a digital value to an analog value by changing an output signal of the second deglitch energy circuit to the current. A thermometer code current source matrix is used for converting a digital value to an analog value by changing an output signal of the first deglitch energy circuit to the current.
