PURPOSE: A forming method of a soundproofed wall having a waste tire rubber layer is provided to protect plants from withering in summer by forming a rubber layer on the surface of a soundproofed wall, and to increase the soundproofing effect and an eco-friendly effect by planting on a soundproofed wall. CONSTITUTION: The forming method of a soundproofed wall having a waste tire rubber layer comprises the steps of: mixing 100 weight percent rubber pellet(1), 30 weight percent powdered silica and aggregate(2), 15 weight percent polyurethane binder and 5 weight percent paints, applying polyurethane binder on the surface of the pre-installed soundproofed wall(4), jetting the mixture using a compressor to form a rubber layer(9), attaching a vegetation space(6) on the surface of a concrete layer(8) of the soundproofed wall(4) and planting.
