PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly correspond to the trading status and organization of a corporation and centrally manage the whole general management cost as well as an indirect-material purchasing cost in association with a budget.

SOLUTION: The figure is the brief constitution diagram of a general affairs support system 100. The general affairs support system 100 is a computer system which is provided with a general affairs support device 1 an ASP has, a user device 3i which a user of the corporation uses and a computer network 3 which connects the general affairs support device 1 to the user device 3i. In this computer system, when the user requests the purchase of an indirect material through the user device 3i, the general affairs support device 1 receives the request and executes the purchasing processing together with budget management and approval. The above system realizes the purchasing processing flexibly corresponding to the trading status and organization of the corporation, achieves high efficiency in the general affairs work, centrally manages the whole general management cost and contributes to the reduction in cost.
