<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid disadvantages due to an insufficient balance on a deduction account. <P>SOLUTION: A charge deduction account change management system has bank terminals 20 and 30 owned by a plurality of respective banks holding a user's deduction accounts and connected to a communication network 100, and credit card company terminals 40 and 50 owned by a plurality of respective credit card companies which deduct credit card charges from the deduction accounts with the banks and connected to the communication network, and further has a deduction account change management terminal 200 for receiving information about a change in the credit card charge deduction accounts via the communication network from a user terminal 10 owned by the user who allows credit card charges to be deducted from the deduction accounts with the banks and connected to the communication network, and authenticating the user against and notifying the deduction account change to the corresponding credit card company terminal and the corresponding bank terminals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
