METHOD, DEVICE AND PROGRAM FOR INTRODUCING MERCHANDISE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device and a program for introducing merchandise whereby appropriate merchandise information is introduced to a customer while the time during which the customer performs selection activities is taken into consideration.

SOLUTION: Merchandise information regarding the selection activities of the customer 1 including browsing, purchasing or being interested in merchandise is collected by an access history collection device 51 from an information terminal 3 as access history information, along with time information. The time of the selection activities collected as the access history information is divided into a plurality of time zones by time-based history analyzers 53a-53n. The merchandise information collected is classified by the plurality of time zones based on the time of the selection activities and stored as an introduction map for each time zone by an introduction device 71. When the customer 1 selects merchandise, the time of the selection activities is discriminated by a time discrimination device 73 and the piece of merchandise information classified to match the time zone corresponding to the time of the selection activities is obtained by the introduction device 71 and introduced to the customer 1 via the information terminal 3.
