<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive coloring composite capable of forming a coloring layer (pixel part, in particular) that excels in curability and pattern forming ability, offers a high coloring density despite its thinness and good surface smoothness, and does not elute impurities; and a color filter that attains a wide color reproduction area. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter is created using the photosensitive coloring composite containing an imide group-contained copolymer that has a molecular structure in which a constitutional unit of at least pigment, pigment dispersing agent, and a circular imide group expressed at least by a formula (1), and a constitutional unit of an epoxy group are linked; a curable binder system; and an organic solvent. In the formula, the R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>can each be an independent alkyl group with the carbon number of four or less, one being a hydrogen atom while the other being an alkyl group with the carbon number of four or less, or a group that is each united and forms a carbon ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
