PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability and appearance and to reduce cost and weight.

SOLUTION: A seat cushion 3 is supported by a link mechanism 7 of a floor 2 so that it moves up while moving forward and moves down while moving backward. One locking mechanism 20 for a seating/storing position is mounted to the seat cushion 3. A lock plate 25 of the locking mechanism 20 comprises a lock groove 25b for a seating position for lock-turning the lock plate 25 by engaging with a striker 10 for a seating position from the forward moving direction E and a lock groove 25c for a storing position for lock-turning the lock plate 25 by engaging with a striker 11 for a storing position from the downward moving direction.
