PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel with an opening device that makes it possible to recover the vessel without leaving a liquid in it and accomplish smooth recycling of the plastic vessel. SOLUTION: The opening device includes: a bottomed, cylindrical casing 2 in which the lower part of the vessel 1 fits; a perforating cutter 3 projecting upwards within the casing 2 and in the vicinity of its peripheral face 22 and perforates the peripheral part 11a of the bottom 11 of the vessel 1; and a liquid outlet 4 made in the bottom wall 21 of the casing 2.
