PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety, by surely confirming the presence of a person in a parking garage, while minimizing equipment cost, in a safety device of the parking garage. SOLUTION: A large number of pallets 15 for placing vehicles are movably supported, and a user stops the pallet 15 in a position corresponding to a warehousing-delivery port 16 by operating an operation panel 17, and warehouses and delivers the vehicle to this pallet. While arranging a plurality of microphones 21 inside a building 11, a loudspeaker 22 and an alarm unit 23 are arranged in the vicinity of the operation panel 17. A signal processor 24 discriminates voice of the person on the basis of a sound inputted to the microphone 21, and outputs the voice from the loudspeaker 22, and issues an alarm from the alarm unit 23.
