PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaking preventing device for a chuck collar, the chuck collar and a shaking preventing method capable of preventing the forward motion of the chuck collar, ensuring the soundness of a connecting section of the chuck collar and a rotational driving device and preventing the damage of the rotational driving device and a rotated body. SOLUTION: The shaking preventing section 3 (2) engaged with the shaking preventing section 2 (3) of the chuck collars adjacent to each other is provided to each chuck collar 1 adjoining the circumferential direction around the rotational center axis to prevent the forward motion in the circumferential direction of the chuck collar 1. The chuck collar is equipped with the forward motion preventing section supported so as to constrain the radial displacement by engaging with the forward motion preventing section adjacently placed in the circumferential direction. The shaking prevention in the circumferential direction of each chuck collar is prevented by providing a member constraining the radial displacement to each chuck collar adjoining the circumferential direction around the rotational center axis.
