PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire resistant finishing structure, and a fire resistant finishing construction method, generating no toxic gas, without thermally deteriorating a fiber reinforced resin layer, even in a fire. SOLUTION: This fire resistant finishing structure is constituted of a fiber reinforced resin layer 3 of a vinylon fiber net as a reinforcement impregnated with an epoxy resin or an MMA resin, a thermally shielding-thermally insulating layer (a cement mortar layer) 5 composed of polymer cement mortar including a shirasu balloon as an aggregate, and a foaming fire resistant paint layer 7, by successive lamination on a base material layer 1 composed of concrete.
