PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition losing no effect even in a <pH5 acidic medium, and to provide a thickener for the detergent composition. SOLUTION: The liquid detergent composition, detergent composition, disinfectant composition or bleach composition comprises a copolymer having (a1) 1-50 wt.% recurring unit represented by formula (1) or (a2) 1-50 wt.% mixture of recurring unit represented by formula (1) with recurring unit represented by formula (2), (b) 49.99-98.99 wt.% recurring unit represented by formula (3) and (c) 0.01-8 wt.% crosslinkable structure derived from a monomer having at least two olefinic double bond.
