PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a resin sheet excellent in heat resistance, mold releasing property and non-staining property and easy to dispose after use. SOLUTION: This resin sheet comprises a crystalline aromatic polyester or a crystalline polyamide, where the carboxyl group concentration is at most 30×10<SP>-6</SP>equivalent/g. Preferably, the resin sheet comprises the crystalline aromatic polyester, where the crystalline aromatic polyester contains less than 50 wt% of a polyester having a polyether skeleton in the main chain. More preferably, the polyester having the polyether skeleton in the main chain contained in the resin sheet has a melting point of not lower than 170°C. Further preferably, the resin sheet has a carboxyl group concentration of at most 20×10<SP>-6</SP>equivalent/g and comprises an oxazoline compound or a carbodiimide compound.
