PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the operation state of an equipment rated at 200V in a non intrusion manner. SOLUTION: An electric equipment monitoring system 10 comprises at least a measuring means 11 which measures a current or power consumption in U-phase and V-phase at such position as non-invasive to a power customer, and a comparing means 12 which compares the amount of change of each measurement value in U-phase and V-phase to a predetermined threshold value.
