PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic plateform type microchip capable of being inexpensively manufactured for a short time while keeping general-purpose properties, conformability and functional expansibility without changing a fluid composition and damaging various merits represented by microspaces of a liquid layer, and a method for driving the same. SOLUTION: This microchemical analyzing system, constituted by forming a flow type microchip 14 having a fine flow channel 18 on a substrate, is equipped with a common platform 13 composed of a transducer layer 12 having the array type ultrasonic transducer 16 and a signal control circuit layer 11.
