The system includes an insulated water container (1) with a built in water pump (2). The bottom of the container is made of heat or cold conducting material and is coated with a heat or cold conducting film or paste. A fan is provided under the cooling body which draws the heat transmitted from the thermoelectric element to the cooling body and conveys it to the outside. The water is sprayed uncooled onto the cooler to reduce the air volume by the cooling and thus to increase the degree of fullness of the combustion chamber so increasing power.
