<p>A judging section (15) makes a diagnosis on the basis of the fill-in data on an interviewing sheet entered through a patient terminal (1), an input section (13), and an identifying section (14), referring to medical information stored in a medical information storage section (12), the constitution and previous diseases of the patient stored in a personal information/medical record storage section (11). To more accurately determining the disease, if there is any more additional interview contents, a re-interviewing sheet is created and displayed on the patient terminal (1) to prompt the patient to enter data. Alternatively, if it is judged from the period from the onset that there is a possibility that the patient has a disease, an interviewing sheet for re-examination is created on a later day and displayed on the patient terminal (1) to prompt the patient to enter data. Considering the re-interviewing sheet and the results of re-examination, a final examination result is obtained.</p> |
