The present invention discloses a case (10) for carrying and storing flexible elongated objects (20). The case includes a base member (100), which has an upper surface (102) with a plurality of upwardly extending pegs (150). A lid (200) is releasably attached to the base member with the pegs being in contact with the lid when the lid is in a closed position. With this arrangement the elongated objects are restrained from movement by the pegs and tangling of the elongated objects is reduced.
