PURPOSE: A system for process management depending on process orders is provided to accurately collect/analyze the detailed process orders/results of each process for manufacturing a product. CONSTITUTION: A process information database block includes a process status information database(106), a result information database(107), and an equipment status information database(108). A database management server(105) stores or outputs the process or equipment related information to the process information database block. A process management server(101) determines whether to store/extract the process or equipment related information and executes management processes based on the process or equipment related information. A process progress management module(102) stores updated or modified information to the process status information database. A result management module(103) executes a result analysis process by extracting data from the result information database and stores the corresponding information to the result information database. An equipment management module(104) stores the updated information to the equipment status information database.
