PURPOSE: A voltage generator circuit is provided to generate a voltage of desired level using efficient charges. CONSTITUTION: A P channel MOS transistor(PQ1) is connected between an internal node(ND1) and a reference potential node(GG), and its gate is connected to an internal node(ND2). A P channel MOS transistor(PQ2) is connected between the internal node(ND2) and the ground node(GG), and its gate is connected to the internal node(ND1). A capacitor(C1) is connected between a control signal input node(S1) receiving a precharge control signal and the internal node(ND1). And a capacitor(C2) is connected between a control signal input node(S2) receiving a charge accumulation control signal and the internal node(ND2).
