METHOD FOR CALCULATING PRESSURE DROP OF HEAD OF PUMP USED IN POWER PLANT EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A method for calculating a head of a pump used in a power plant equipment is provided to automatically calculate a pressure drop according to a pipe diameter and a flow change by automatically calculating basic data related to pipeline and calculating a friction coefficient according to the pipe diameter and the flow change. CONSTITUTION: The basic data related to the pipeline is programmed to automatically calculate a pump head. The pressure drop for the corresponding pipeline and associated components is automatically calculated/output by automatically calculating the friction coefficient depending on the pipe diameter and the flow change.
