<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent information from leaking by preventing output data from remaining in a data output device. <P>SOLUTION: In the data output device 10, the output data received from a user terminal 10 is stored in a mail box corresponding to the user within an HDD 40. After the storing, a printing out instruction is inputted within a fixed time via an input part 32.
