<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable measurement in a shorter period of time, and to reduce quantization errors and an asynchronous noise without increasing memory for data accumulation. <P>SOLUTION: An electric characteristic measuring apparatus is equipped with a current amplifier 15 for measuring a current value of measuring signals which are generated at an M-sequence signal generator 11 and are applied to a subject's body, an analog filter 16, an A/D converter 17, a voltage differential amplifier 18 for measuring a value of a voltage generated between prescribed surface regions of the subject's body through electrodes attached to two prescribed surface regions apart from each other on the subject's body, an analog filter 19, an A/D converter 20, and a sampling memory 21 for storing A/D conversion data by the A/D converters 17, 20 temporarily. After synchronous addition data of the M-sequence signals up to the previous period and the A/D conversion data are synchronously added, a CPU 10 performs processing of storing the acquired data in the sampling memory 21 N times in the form of overwriting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
