<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a curing time and to improve productivity, by using an emulsion adhesive in consideration of environment, on the occasion of stacking a hard sheet on a hard polyolefin resin foam being short of water absorption properties. <P>SOLUTION: A hard polyolefin resin laminate 6 is manufactured by laminating the hard polyolefin resin composite foam 1, the core paper 2 and a polyvinyl chloride-coated steel sheet 9. On the occasion, the core paper 2 is stacked on the hard polyolefin resin foam 1 and impregnated with a woodworking glue 5 as an emulsion glue and then the polyvinyl chloride-coated steel sheet 9 is stacked on the corrugating medium 2.
