<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which certainly registers changed service contents into a terminal device even when the service contents of print service provided to the terminal device are changed. <P>SOLUTION: A print device 200 starts the print service (step S1401), and transmits a completion announcement packet to all the terminal devices on a LAN 212 by HTTPMU (step S1402). By the completion announcement packet, completion of start announcement (the service) of the printer device 200 registered in the terminal device before the start of the printer device 200 is notified to the terminal device.
