<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor screen useful for a moisture-resistent X-ray recording system to avoid lowering of image quality. <P>SOLUTION: A stimulable phosphor adapted to convert an incident radiation into a visible ray is formed on one surface of a support body in a storage phosphor panel, where the phosphor, and the surface of the support body if desired, are covered with a poly-p-xylylene film, and a film-forming silazane or siloxazane type polymer compound covers the outermost surface of the poly-p-xylylene film on the phosphor side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
