<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a plum wine which uses the original taste depth and body of the plum wine, simultaneously has the original fresh flavor of the green plum fruits, and can enlarge the consumption of the plum wine. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing a plum wine is characterized by adding a green plum juice, such as the straight juice of green plum, the concentrated juice of the green plum, or the sugar extracted juice of the green plum to a plum wine matured by a conventional method.
