PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-reflecting film excellent in reflecting characteristics and opacifying properties. SOLUTION: The light-reflecting film has foam in the interior of the film. In the film, a ratio (L/R) of a length (L) of foam in a surface direction of the film to a length (R) of foam in the thickness direction of the film is obtained, a simple average value d1 and a standard deviationσof the L/R satisfy formula (1):σ1/d1≥0.5.
