PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the strength deficiency of a stamper on the inner peripheral side thereof without protruding the pawl part of an inner peripheral stamper holder toward the cavity from the transfer surface of the stamper, in a mold for molding a disk substrate developed for the purpose of improving the flow of a molten resin. SOLUTION: In the mold for molding the disk substrate 1, the stamper 20 has a diametrically expanded surface 33 to be pressed formed between the inner peripheral surface 32 of a center hole 31 and the surface 34 on the inner peripheral side thereof by the punching of the center hole 31 so as to be continued from the inner peripheral surface 32. The inner peripheral stamper holder 16 for holding the inner peripheral side 20a of the stamper 20 comprises a body cylindrical part 41 and the pawl part 42, and the pawl part 42 has a cavity forming surface 43, which is almost parallel to the surface 34 on the inner peripheral side of the stamper 20, and a press surface 46, which is diametrically expanded toward the cavity in a taper form and presses the surface 33 to be pressed, formed thereto.
