PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device reducing cost by applying a general-purpose switch and thinning by combining the general-purpose switches. SOLUTION: The switch device 12 is composed of an operation knob 13 formed by integrating a knob part 13a operated by pushing and sliding, U-shaped hinge parts 13e, 13f, and three protrusions 13i-13k formed between the hinge parts 13e, 13f and on the opposite side of the knob part 13a; a first switch 15 installed on a substrate 14 so as to face the first protrusion 13i positioned in almost the central part of the knob part 13a and pushed with the first protrusion 13i; a second switch 16 installed on the substrate 14 so as to face the second protrusion 13j and pushed with the second protrusion 13j when the knob part is slid in the front direction; and a third switch 17 installed on the substrate 14 so as to face the third projection 13k and pushed with the third protrusion 13k when the knob part is slid in the rear direction.
